JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research market trends and brainstorm ideas for videos/banners/articles;
  • Develop detailed scripts and storyboards for each video;
  • Plan and monitor video production progress;
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (design, media, marketing, etc.) to complete the product;
  • Manage and optimize video content across social media platforms and websites;
  • Monitor video performance through metrics (views, likes, shares, etc.) and evaluate improvements to video content/quality.;

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in creating video/banner/article content;
  • Good scriptwriting and storytelling skills;
  • Creativity, a good sense of aesthetics, and attention to detail;
  • Possesses graphic design skills as well as proficiency in using professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.);
  • Understanding of social media platforms and current video trends;
  • Understanding the fundamental principles of filmmaking and editing, as well as knowledge of marketing and branding;
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team;
  • Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible;
  • Capable of communicating and presenting ideas clearly and effectively;
  • Fluent English required, candidates with an IELTS score of 7.5 or higher are preferred.;
  • Preference will be given to candidates with degrees related to media, film, graphic design, or marketing.;

SALARY AND BONUS

  • Salary range: 10-12 million VND;
  • 13th-month bonus (minimum 1 month's salary);
  • Tet bonus;
  • Project KPI bonuses;

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
