Game Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research and study new game ideas, the market, and player gaming trends;
  • Conceptualize and design a complete game script according to requirements: features, content, interface, etc.;
  • Leveling, evaluation/analysis, game balancing;
  • Applying monetization models to games (IAP, IAA, F2P, P2E, Subscription, ...);
  • Collaborate with the Artist and Developer departments to develop and refine game ideas;
  • Monitor data, reviews, and feedback from players to adjust gameplay accordingly.;
  • Analyze in-game metrics to identify areas for product improvement;

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

  • At least two years of experience in game design is required.;
  • Master game mechanics, game balancing, gameplay design, level design;
  • Understand the monetization model of different game genres;
  • Having a general understanding of the gaming market and a good grasp of the needs of gamers;
  • Strong thinking, creativity, and logical skills;
  • Proficient in Photoshop or related software to showcase game design ideas;
  • Enjoys playing games, is outgoing, interactive, and collaborates well with teammates.
  • Capable of conducting independent research and learning new technologies;
  • Good reading comprehension skills in English are an advantage;

SALARY AND BONUS

  • Salary: from 12 to 24 million VND depending on the candidate's abilities;
  • 13th-month bonus (minimum 1 month's salary);
  • Tet bonus;
  • Project KPI bonuses;

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
