Game UA Marketing

1. Job Description 

  • Set up, operate, and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile game products in the global market.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness based on the following metrics: CPI, Retention, ROAS, LTV, volume install.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve UA effectiveness.
  • Develop a test plan and scale campaign for potential markets (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3).
  • Working with advertising partners: Google Ads, Unity, Tiktok, Mintegral… to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Product/Marketing team to develop a User Approach (UA) strategy tailored to each game.
  • Monitor and analyze tracking data from: Firebase, Appsflyer, and internal tools..
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to propose ideas, concepts, and advertising content (videos, banners, etc.).
  • Stay updated on UA trends, creative aspects, and the mobile game market.

2. Job requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UA experience in the field of mobile games or apps.
  • Understanding the mobile game market, prioritize the following categories: Casual / Hyper Casual / Puzzle.
  • I have direct experience running ads on: Google Ads, Unity, or a similar ad network..
  • Understanding and using tracking and analytics tools: Firebase, Appsflyer.
  • Possesses analytical thinking skills based on data and data-driven optimization.
  • Prioritize:
    • I have experience running large-scale campaigns, scaling, or pushing to the top of stores.
    • Understand the monetization model (Ads / IAP / Hybrid).
    • Knowing how to use market intelligence tools: App Annie (data.ai), SensorTower.
    • Experienced in multi-channel marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, etc.).

4. Salary and bonuses:

  • Salary: 12 to 25 million VND depending on ability and level;
  • 13th-month bonus (minimum 1 month's salary);
  • KPI bonuses / project bonuses based on UA performance.
  • Other bonuses are subject to company policy.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, lunch break 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
