GRAPHIC DESIGN

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas, define concepts, and design graphics for the company's products.;
  • Publication design: Creating publications such as logos, brochures, posters, catalogs, banners, infographics, etc.
  • Design UI assets (frames, buttons, items, backgrounds, etc.) according to common standards suitable for the product;
  • The game/app interface design is based on the description provided by the Game Designer/PO.;
  • Evaluate and improve the user experience (UX) in the product;
  • Research and study graphic design trends in the general market to apply them to your work;
  • Support marketing activities: Participate in marketing projects, provide appropriate graphic designs;

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

  • At least one year of experience in graphic design is required.;
  • Proficient in using specialized design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.);
  • Proactively monitor and identify problems and propose improvements;
  • Possesses creativity and a general understanding of the game/app market;
  • Master the principles of design, perspective, color, lighting, and composition.
  • Ensure that work is completed on schedule and report any issues to the project manager;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends to meet job requirements;
  • Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Being sensitive to user experience and feedback is a plus;
  • A love for gaming is an advantage;

SALARY AND BONUS

  • Salary range: 10-12 million VND;
  • 13th-month bonus (minimum 1 month's salary);
  • Tet bonus;
  • Project KPI bonuses;

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
