videos\/banners\/articles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop detailed scripts and storyboards for each video;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and monitor video production progress;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with relevant departments (design, media, marketing, etc.) to complete the product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and optimize video content across social media platforms and websites;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor video performance through metrics (views, likes, shares, etc.) and evaluate improvements to video content\/quality.;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have at least 1 year of experience in creating video\/banner\/article content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good scriptwriting and storytelling skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creativity, a good sense of aesthetics, and attention to detail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses graphic design skills as well as proficiency in using professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of social media platforms and current video trends;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding the fundamental principles of filmmaking and editing, as well as knowledge of marketing and branding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of working independently and as part of a team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of communicating and presenting ideas clearly and effectively;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent English required, candidates with an IELTS score of 7.5 or higher are preferred.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference will be given to candidates with degrees related to media, film, graphic design, or marketing.;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
