{"id":1565,"date":"2025-10-07T12:01:02","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T12:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vgamestd.com\/?post_type=job&#038;p=1565"},"modified":"2025-10-07T12:01:02","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T12:01:02","slug":"ads-monetization","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/vgamestd.com\/en\/job\/ads-monetization\/","title":{"rendered":"Ads Monetization\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the setup and optimization of advertising revenue for games across various Ad Media platforms: LevelPlay, MAX, Admob, etc., including optimizing waterfall and bidding strategies.;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, advertising logic, in-app purchases (IAP), and propose design solutions for advertising monetization (IAA) and IAP streams suitable for various game genres;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assess the revenue potential of in-house advertising channels (Google Ads, Unity Ads, Mintegral, etc.) and partners;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We compile player data from Google Analytics\/Firebase and Adjust\/Appsflyer sources, along with company tools, to report metrics to the development team for adjusting game features to optimize revenue and retain users.;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search for and write suggestions for product improvement based on high-performing games in the market, analyzing market trends and potential game genres;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research and seek out trending advertising publications that effectively attract players;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Present research findings through visual aids (charts, graphs) and summarize the issues in the clearest way possible;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduated from university with a major in Marketing, Market Research, Business, or related fields.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least two years of experience in monetization improvement and mobile game data analytics, as well as user behavior analysis;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experienced in working with tracking sources (Firebase, Adjust\/Appsflyer, etc.) and ad mediation.;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good understanding of Big Data, BI, Analytics, and UA (User Acquisition);\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of providing solutions for specific situations;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I enjoy innovation\/improvement and continuously evaluating results;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capable of working independently as well as in a team;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possesses good communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passionate about and plays many different game genres;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INTEREST<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working for a dynamic, growing game company, a leader in the mobile game market in Vietnam.
