{"id":232,"date":"2024-01-16T08:50:58","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T08:50:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vgames.local\/?post_type=job&#038;p=232"},"modified":"2024-07-10T06:19:27","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T06:19:27","slug":"game-designer","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/vgamestd.com\/en\/job\/game-designer\/","title":{"rendered":"Game Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research and study new game ideas, the market, and player gaming trends;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conceptualize and design a complete game script according to requirements: features, content, interface, etc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leveling, evaluation\/analysis, game balancing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying monetization models to games (IAP, IAA, F2P, P2E, Subscription, ...);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Artist and Developer departments to develop and refine game ideas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor data, reviews, and feedback from players to adjust gameplay accordingly.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze in-game metrics to identify areas for product improvement;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least two years of experience in game design is required.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Master game mechanics, game balancing, gameplay design, level design;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand the monetization model of different game genres;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Having a general understanding of the gaming market and a good grasp of the needs of gamers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong thinking, creativity, and logical skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Photoshop or related software to showcase game design ideas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoys playing games, is outgoing, interactive, and collaborates well with teammates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of conducting independent research and learning new technologies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good reading comprehension skills in English are an advantage;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INTEREST<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working for a dynamic, growing game company, a leader in the mobile game market in Vietnam.
